Job Summary
Perform imaging examinations according to physician orders, utilizing sophisticated equipment to produce optimal high-quality images while maintaining ALARA awareness. Adjust positioning factors and radiation dose calibration to meet individual patient needs, ensuring minimal exposure to both patient and operator. Operate on Saturday and Sunday evenings from 11am to 11:30pm and Monday from 1pm to 9:30pm as a part-time evening shift employee at Providence Milwaukie Hospital.
Required Qualifications
- Education to meet certification, license or registration requirement
- Oregon Radiographer License upon hire
- Oregon Radiographer Temporary License upon hire
- Required National Certification from American Registry of Radiologic Technologists within 6 months (180 days) of hire
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
- OBMI temporary license
- Permanent license within 6 months of hire
