Radiology Technologist, Part Time

Job Summary
Operates x-ray equipment to produce radiographs of designated body portions as ordered by physicians, positioning and instructing patients prior to examinations while adjusting voltage, current, and exposure time. Performs screening procedures for diagnostic interpretation, explains procedures to patients, and prepares examination rooms and equipment as needed. Produces diagnostic images, documents exam information, and reports important findings to physicians. Verifies exams on PACS and monitors patients to ensure safety during imaging. Requires an Associate's Degree in radiologic technology (preferred), ARRT-R license, Oregon Board of Medical Imaging license, and BLS certification.
Required Qualifications
- American Registry of Radiologic Technologists Radiography (ARRT-R)
- Oregon Board of Medical Imaging (OBMI) Radiologic Technologist License
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy
- Fluoroscopy license in state of employment
- All required vaccinations
- Access to and understanding of E-Verify Participation and Right to Work notices
