Radiology Technologist, Part Time

Job Summary
Operate x-ray equipment to produce radiographs of designated body portions as ordered by physicians, adjusting settings for proper exposure. Position and instruct patients prior to examinations, then monitor them to ensure safety during imaging. Perform screening procedures for diagnostic interpretation, explain procedures to patients, and verify exams on PACS. Document exam information and report critical findings to physicians. Prepare examination rooms and equipment as needed. Maintain an American Registry of Radiologic Technologists license and Oregon Board of Medical Imaging certification. Work part-time in the Columbia River Gorge community.
Required Qualifications
- American Registry of Radiologic Technologists â€" Radiography (ARRT-R)
- Oregon Board of Medical Imaging (OBMI) Radiologic Technologist License
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy
- Fluoroscopy license in state of employment
- All required vaccinations
- E-Verify participation
