Radiology Technologist, Part Time

Job Summary
Operate x-ray equipment to produce radiographs of designated body portions as ordered by physicians, positioning and instructing patients prior to each examination. Adjust equipment settings for proper voltage, current, and exposure time while performing screening procedures and explaining diagnostic processes. Prepare examination rooms and equipment, monitor patients during exams to ensure safety, and document exam information for physician review. Verify exams on PACS and report important findings. Requires ARRT-R and OBMI license, BLS certification, and an Associate's degree in radiologic technology (preferred). Full-time or part-time schedule available in The Dalles, Oregon.
Required Qualifications
- American Registry of Radiologic Technologists â€" Radiography (ARRT-R)
- Oregon Board of Medical Imaging (OBMI) Radiologic Technologist License
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy
- All required vaccinations
- Access to and understanding of E-Verify Participation and Right to Work notices
