Job Summary
Operate x-ray equipment to produce radiographs of designated body portions as ordered by physicians. Position and instruct patients prior to examination, adjust equipment settings, and verify exams on PACS. Perform screening procedures for diagnostic interpretation, explain procedures to patients, and monitor safety during exams. Document exam information and report important findings to physicians. Produce diagnostic images and perform other job-related duties as assigned. Requires an Associate's Degree in radiologic technology (preferred), ARRT-R license, Oregon OBMI license, and BLS certification. Full-time or part-time schedule available.
Required Qualifications
- American Registry of Radiologic Technologists Radiography ARRT-R license
- Oregon Board of Medical Imaging OBMI Radiologic Technologist License
- Basic Life Support BLS certification from approved vendor per AH policy
- All required vaccinations as a condition of employment and annually thereafter
- Acknowledgement of E-Verify Participation and Right to Work notices
