Radiology Technologist, Part Time

Job Summary
Operate x-ray equipment to produce radiographs of designated body portions as ordered by physicians, positioning and instructing patients prior to each examination. Adjust equipment settings for proper voltage, current, and exposure time while performing screening procedures for diagnostic interpretation. Prepare examination rooms and equipment, monitor patients during exams to ensure safety, and verify exams on PACS. Document exam information and report important findings to the physician. Requires an Associate's Degree in radiologic technology (preferred), ARRT-R license, Oregon Board of Medical Imaging license, and BLS certification. Full-time or part-time schedule available.
Required Qualifications
- American Registry of Radiologic Technologists Radiography ARRT-R license
- Oregon Board of Medical Imaging OBMI Radiologic Technologist License
- Basic Life Support BLS certification from approved vendor per AH policy
- All required vaccinations as a condition of employment and annually thereafter
- Acknowledgement of E-Verify Participation and Right to Work notices
Desired Qualifications
- Associate's Degree in radiologic technology
- Fluoroscopy license in state of employment
