Radiology Technologist, Part Time

Job Summary
Operate x-ray equipment to produce radiographs of designated body portions as ordered by physicians, positioning and instructing patients prior to examinations. Adjust equipment settings for proper voltage, current, and exposure time while performing screening procedures and explaining diagnostic processes. Prepare examination rooms and equipment, monitor patients for safety during exams, and verify exams on PACS. Document exam information and report important findings to the physician. Requires an Associate's Degree in radiologic technology, ARRT-R license, Oregon Board of Medical Imaging license, and BLS certification. Part-time schedule available in The Dalles, Oregon.
Required Qualifications
- American Registry of Radiologic Technologists Radiography (ARRT-R)
- Oregon Board of Medical Imaging (OBMI) Radiologic Technologist License
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy
- Fluoroscopy license in state of employment
- All required vaccinations
- E-Verify participation and understanding of Right to Work notices
