Radiology Technologist, Part Time

Job Summary
Operate x-ray equipment to produce radiographs of designated body portions as ordered by physicians. Position and instruct patients prior to examinations, adjust equipment settings for proper voltage, current, and exposure time, and prepare examination rooms. Monitor patients during exams to ensure safety, perform screening procedures for diagnostic interpretation, and verify exams on PACS. Document exam information and report important findings to physicians. Requires American Registry of Radiologic Technologists certification, Oregon Board of Medical Imaging license, and Basic Life Support certification. Full-time or part-time availability; location in The Dalles, Oregon.
Required Qualifications
- American Registry of Radiologic Technologists Radiography (ARRT-R)
- Oregon Board of Medical Imaging (OBMI) Radiologic Technologist License
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy
- Fluoroscopy license in state of employment
- All required vaccinations
- Access to and understanding of E-Verify Participation and Right to Work notices
