Radiology Technologist, Part Time

Job Summary
Operate x-ray equipment to produce radiographs of designated body portions as ordered by physicians, positioning and instructing patients prior to examinations. Adjust equipment settings for proper voltage, current, and exposure time while performing screening procedures and explaining diagnostic processes. Prepare examination rooms and monitor patient safety during imaging, then verify exams on PACS and report critical information to physicians. Document exam details and perform other assigned duties. Requires an Associate's Degree in radiologic technology (preferred), ARRT-R license, OBMI license, and BLS certification. Located in The Dalles, Oregon.
Required Qualifications
- American Registry of Radiologic Technologists Radiography (ARRT-R)
- Oregon Board of Medical Imaging (OBMI) Radiologic Technologist License
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy
- Fluoroscopy license in state of employment
- All required vaccinations
- Access to and understanding of E-Verify Participation and Right to Work notices
