Radiology Technologist, Part Time

Job Summary
Operate x-ray equipment to produce radiographs of designated body portions as ordered by physicians, positioning and instructing patients prior to examination while adjusting voltage, current, and exposure time. Perform screening procedures for diagnostic interpretation, explain procedures to patients, and prepare examination rooms and equipment as needed. Monitor patients during exams, produce diagnostic images, document exam information, and report important findings to physicians. Verify exams on PACS and perform other job-related duties as assigned. Requires an Associate's Degree in radiologic technology (preferred), ARRT-R license, and Oregon Board of Medical Imaging license.
Required Qualifications
- American Registry of Radiologic Technologists Radiography (ARRT-R)
- Oregon Board of Medical Imaging (OBMI) Radiologic Technologist License
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy
- Fluoroscopy license in state of employment
- All required vaccinations
- Access to and understanding of E-Verify Participation and Right to Work notices
