Radiology Technologist (OFNHP), Part Time

Job Summary
Operate x-ray equipment to produce radiographs of designated body portions as ordered by physicians, positioning and instructing patients prior to examination. Adjust equipment settings for proper voltage, current, and exposure time while performing screening procedures and explaining protocols to patients. Prepare examination rooms and monitor patients for safety during imaging exams. Produce diagnostic images, document exam information, and report critical findings to physicians. Verify exams on PACS and perform other assigned duties. This part-time role supports Adventist Health Columbia Gorge's 49-bed hospital and medical offices in The Dalles, serving the Columbia River Gorge community since 1901.
Required Qualifications
- American Registry of Radiologic Technologists â€" Radiography (ARRT-R)
- Oregon Board of Medical Imaging (OBMI) Radiologic Technologist License
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy
- All required vaccinations
- Access to and understanding of E-Verify Participation and Right to Work notices
Desired Qualifications
- Associate's Degree in radiologic technology
