Job Summary
Radiology Technologist at MedStar Health Urgent Care: perform X-ray imaging under physician supervision, assist with patient intake and procedures, venipuncture and select lab tests, administer oral/intramuscular/subcutaneous/intradermal medications with competency, maintain radiology equipment, document in EMR, support patient flow and quality of care, and participate in multidisciplinary teams. Requires Associate’s degree, completion of an approved radiologic technology program, ARRT certification, state licensure as applicable (MD/VA/DC), CPR/BLS, 1–2 years of medical office/clinical experience; salary $29.73–$53.49 per hour (annualized $61,838–$111,259) with a $10,000 sign-on bonus; location Baltimore, MD.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree required
- Completion of an approved R.T. program
- ARRT Certification required
- Maryland/Virginia or DC State License-Certified Medical Radiation (as applicable)
- CPR certification within 90 days
