Job Summary
Radiology Technologist needed for MedStar Health Urgent Care team in Beltsville, MD. Responsibilities include performing X-ray imaging under physician supervision, venipuncture, point-of-care tests, patient intake and flow, maintaining EMR documentation, patient safety and comfort, administering medications as directed, and supporting care milestones with the clinical team. Requires ARRT certification, state licensure (MD/VA/DC), an approved RT program, and an associate degree; externship experience and 2 years of medical office experience are preferred. Compensation includes a $10,000 sign-on bonus with a salary range of $29.73–$53.49 per hour.,
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree
- Completion of an approved Radiologic Technology (R.T.) program
- Externship in a medical or ambulatory health setting
- ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technology) Certification
- Maryland, Virginia, or DC State License
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
