Job Summary
Radiology Technologist position at MedStar Health in Maryland. Primary duties include acquiring ordered radiographs, evaluating image quality, and sending images to interpretation destinations. Maintains radiography equipment and work areas, obtains patient history, transports patients to the radiographic room, performs radiographic examinations, prepares documentation (evaluation results, treatment plans, progress reports), and manages supplies. Requires ARRT Maryland registration and BLS; Associate degree preferred. Full-time role with locations across Maryland facilities.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT) in the State of Maryland
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Associate degree preferred
