Job Summary
Perform diagnostic imaging exams on patients using specialized equipment while ensuring proper identification, order verification, and patient preparation. Execute studies per department protocol, review images for quality and accuracy, and adhere to radiation safety guidelines. Assist and instruct students on exam protocols, procedures, and positioning; provide patient education and ensure comfort. Maintain accurate records, follow medical necessity and coding protocols, and report equipment failures. This role requires ARRT certification, BLS, and experience in a fast-paced environment at Saint Joseph Hospital in Denver. Shift differentials are available for evenings, nights, and weekends.

- Ability to stand in a stationary position for an extended period of time
