Job Summary

Perform diagnostic imaging exams on patients using specialized equipment while ensuring proper identification, order verification, and patient preparation. Review images for quality, clarity, and accuracy, adhering to radiation safety guidelines and department protocols to complete studies within acceptable time limits. Maintain ARRT or modality-specific competency, assist students and colleagues in exam protocols, and provide patient education and comfort. Keep accurate records of procedures and adverse reactions, follow medical necessity and coding protocols, and operate equipment and information systems to ensure high-quality results.

Desired Qualifications

  • 1-2 years radiology experience
  • IV Certification
