Job Summary
Perform diagnostic imaging procedures including X-ray, CT, Mammography, Bone Density, Ultrasound, and Special Procedures per department protocols. Serve as the primary point of contact for patients while processing and transmitting images to PACS. Participate in Performance Improvement and Quality Control activities, assist with maintaining department supplies and equipment, and oversee radiology operations in the absence of the Manager. Support scheduling for assigned sub-departments and promote teamwork and excellent customer service. Requires licensure, national certifications in two modalities, and one year of acute clinical radiography experience. Nights and days shifts available with immediate placement.
Required Qualifications
- Licensure and fluoroscopy permit as required by State
- Appropriate national certifications in two modalities
- Current BLS certification
- Familiarity with State and Federal regulations
- One year of Acute Clinical Radiography experience
- Graduation from a program accredited by ARRT
- Proficient computer skills
