Job Summary
Perform diagnostic imaging procedures including X-ray, CT, Mammography, Bone Density, Ultrasound, and Special Procedures per department protocols. Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, ensuring quality service and care. Participate in Performance Improvement and Quality Control activities while maintaining department supplies, equipment, and inventory. Process and transmit images to PACS. Assist with scheduling for assigned sub-departments and oversee radiology operations or staff in the absence of the Manager/Director. Promote teamwork and excellent customer service. Shifts available include nights and days. Required Qualifications
- Licensure and fluoroscopy permit as required by State
- Appropriate national certifications in two modalities
- Current BLS certification
- Familiarity with State and Federal regulations
- One year of Acute Clinical Radiography
- Graduate of a program accredited by ARRT
- Proficient computer skills
