Radiology Technologist II

Perform diagnostic imaging procedures including X-ray, CT, Mammography, Bone Density, Ultrasound, and Special Procedures per department protocols. Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, ensuring quality service and care. Participate in Performance Improvement and Quality Control activities, assist with maintaining the department Performance Improvement Program, and oversee radiology operations or staff in the absence of the Manager/Director. Maintain department supplies, equipment, and assigned sub-department inventory while supporting scheduling for assigned sub-departments. Process and transmit images to PACS. Requires licensure, fluoroscopy permit, national certifications in two modalities, BLS certification, one year of acute clinical radiography experience, and proficiency with computer skills. Shifts available nights and days with an assignment length of 12 weeks.
