Radiology Technologist I - Urgent Care

Explain procedures to patients, transport them to clinical areas, and position them for plain film and fluoro exams. Administer contrast media and medications within scope, observe patients during procedures, and ensure prompt submission of high-quality images to PACS with correct lead markers and data. Assist technologists with filing, delivering, and retrieving patient reports and matching films to folders. Maintain equipment functionality, follow radiation safety guidelines, and keep the department clean and orderly. Perform limited CT procedures in emergent situations when a CT technologist is unavailable. Day shift coverage with 24 weekly hours, BLS and ARRT certification required.
