Job Summary
Radiology Technologist I role performing general diagnostic radiology imaging under physician direction. Responsibilities include patient positioning for correct anatomy/pathology demonstrations, operating radiation-producing equipment and electronic radiology systems, and preparing patient rooms/equipment/medications. Phlebotomy competency may be required at sites performing both Radiology and Lab. Requires Virginia license or ARRT registry-eligible with registration within 90 days of hire. Part-time (20 hours/week) Swing Shift in Norfolk, VA; duties may include weekends. Potential sign-on bonus.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Radiology Technologist required in Virginia
- ARRT registration or registry-eligible with registration within 90 days of hire
- Certification/licensure with radiology
- General diagnostic radiology imaging experience or competency
- Phlebotomy competency may be required at some sites with radiology and lab duties
