Job Summary
Perform imaging examinations according to physician orders using sophisticated equipment, optimizing positioning and radiation dose calibration to produce high-quality images with minimal exposure. Apply clinical judgment to address individual and age-related patient needs while maintaining ALARA awareness. Obtain an Oregon Radiographer license upon hire and achieve National Certification within 180 days. Complete BLS certification from the American Heart Association. Work full-time evening shifts Tuesday through Friday from 3pm to 1:30am at Providence Newberg Medical Center.
Required Qualifications
- Education to meet certification, license or registration requirement
- Oregon Radiographer License
- Oregon Radiographer Temporary License
- National Certification from American Registry of Radiologic Technologists
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
- OBMI temporary license
- Permanent license within 6 months of hire
