Job Summary
Perform imaging examinations according to physicians' orders, utilizing sophisticated equipment to produce optimal high-quality images while adhering to ALARA principles for minimal radiation exposure. Utilize clinical judgment regarding proper positioning factors, radiation dose calibration, and patient treatment needs, accounting for individual and age-related requirements. Maintain Oregon Radiographer licensure and obtain National Certification within 180 days of hire. Work full-time evening shifts Tuesday through Friday from 3pm to 1:30am at Providence Newberg Medical Center.
Required Qualifications
- Education to meet certification, license or registration requirement
- Oregon Radiographer License
- Oregon Radiographer Temporary License
- National Certification from American Registry of Radiologic Technologists
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
- Full-Time/Evening Shift - Tuesday - Friday from 3pm-1:30am
