Job Summary
Perform imaging examinations according to physician orders, utilizing sophisticated equipment to produce optimal high-quality images while adhering to ALARA principles for minimal radiation exposure. Apply clinical judgment regarding proper positioning factors, radiation dose calibration, and patient treatment needs, accounting for individual and age-related patient requirements. Maintain Oregon Radiographer License or Temporary License upon hire, with National Certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists required within 180 days of employment. Complete National Provider BLS certification from the American Heart Association upon hire.
