Job Summary
Produce high-fidelity diagnostic images that empower physicians to make accurate, timely medical decisions while championing patient safety through strict radiation protection standards. Navigate advanced imaging technology and digital workflows (PACS) to ensure patient data is accurate, secure, and delivered promptly. Manage the end-to-end imaging experience, including high-precision positioning and safe contrast administration, to ensure patient comfort and clinical accuracy. This night shift PRN role at Ascension Saint Thomas in Nashville, TN, supports our nonprofit Catholic health system's mission of reimagining healthcare through service and connection.
Required Qualifications
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date
- Cardiographic Tech credentialed from the Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) obtained within 3 Months (90 days) of hire date or job transfer date
- Radiologic Technologist specializing in Radiography credentialed from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) obtained within 3 Months (90 days) of hire date or job transfer date
- Medical Sonographer credentialed from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) obtained within 3 Months (90 days) of hire date or job transfer date
- High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience
- Associate's degree/Technical degree
- 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience
