Radiology Technologist (CT/X-Ray Technologist - PRN Nights - Aubrey)

Job Summary
Operate and maintain all imaging department equipment including X-Ray, CT, CR reader, and PACS, while performing all imaging exams in accordance with established policies and regulations. Provide technical assistance and supportive patient care to assist physicians, nurses, and administrative staff throughout the facility. Maintain required documentation, logs, charts, and records in both paper and electronic formats, and perform Quality Control, Proficiency Testing, and Split Sample analysis as assigned. Collect laboratory samples, perform lab testing under COLA and CLIA regulations, and ensure adequate supply of all reagents and consumables. Perform routine daily, weekly, monthly, and periodic maintenance and function checks for all imaging equipment. Travel to all facility locations as required and perform duties as an ER Technician when needed.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- Graduation from an AMA-approved school of Radiology Technology
- Certified as a medical radiologic technologist as required by the state in which practicing
- Registered Technologist with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in radiography
- Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association
- 2+ years radiologic/imaging experience
- 1+ years of CT experience
- 1+ years of emergency room experience
- Proficiency with most X-ray/CT equipment, manufacturer's hardware/software and PACS
- Position requires fluency in English, written and oral communication
- CT certification required (Las Vegas Market)
- CT certification required within 12 months of hire (Pennsylvania market)
- Travel to all facility locations as required
Desired Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Radiology
- Registered Technologist with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in computed tomography
