Job Summary
Capture diagnostic images using advanced imaging equipment while guiding patients with calm expertise. Collaborate closely with physicians and nurses to ensure clear, accurate results, managing contrast media and maintaining meticulous records. Perfect patient positioning and prep rooms for scheduled exams or urgent inpatient scans, and support student learning as needed. Work onsite daily in Lubbock, Texas, with flexibility for variable shifts including days, evenings, and nights, plus on-call status. This role offers per diem or on-call employment for upcoming graduates or those entering the field.
Required Qualifications
- Satisfactory completion of an approved School of Radiology Technology
- Texas General Medical Radiologic Technologist License
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
- National Certification from American Registry of Radiologic Technologists
- Flexible and available to work weekends and holidays as scheduled
- Flexibility to work a variable shift which may include days, evenings, or nights
- Flexibility to work an on-call status as scheduled
