Job Summary
Perform all adult, geriatric, adolescent, pediatric, and neonatal diagnostic radiographic procedures under Radiologist direction, applying independent judgment to prescribed ionizing radiation. Execute technical aspects of imaging requiring ingenuity and initiative without constant supervision of technical detail. Maintain Washington Radiologic Technologist certification and National Certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists upon hire, along with National Provider BLS certification. Work evening shifts in an on-site setting at Swedish Edmonds, a full-time role within Providence Swedish's largest not-for-profit health care system in the greater Puget Sound area.
Required Qualifications
- Successful completion of a program in Radiology Technology as accepted by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists
- Washington Radiologic Technologist
- National Certification from American Registry of Radiologic Technologists
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
Desired Qualifications
- 1 year of experience in a hospital radiographic department with demonstrated competencies in all radiologic procedures
