Job Summary
Capture diagnostic images using advanced imaging equipment while guiding patients with calm expertise and perfecting patient positioning. Collaborate closely with physicians and nurses to ensure clear, accurate results, and manage contrast media and meticulous records. Assist with scheduled exams, urgent inpatient scans, and student learning, and support travel between campuses as needed. Work onsite daily at Lubbock Heritage Hospital with flexible variable shifts including days, evenings, or nights, and maintain on-call status as scheduled.
Required Qualifications
- Satisfactory completion of an approved School of Radiology Technology
- Texas General Medical Radiologic Technologist License
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
- National Certification from American Registry of Radiologic Technologists
- Located within a commutable distance of our office location listed below: Texas: Lubbock
- Flexible and available to work weekends and holidays as scheduled, based on departmental needs and operational requirements
- Flexibility to work a variable shift which may include days, evenings, or nights
- Flexibility to work an on-call status as scheduled
Desired Qualifications
- Associate's Degree
- 1 or more years of experience as a Radiology Technologist
