Radiology Technologist

Job Summary
Perform routine and urgent radiographic examinations, supervise daily clinical performance and training of radiologic students and new radiologic technologists, prepare room and equipment for patient examinations, ensure patient safety by monitoring equipment during procedures, consult with reading radiologist or ordering provider regarding radiographic examinations, and log critical findings as appropriate. The role focuses on executing high-quality diagnostic radiographs, maintaining safety, coordinating procedures, and supporting education and training within a part-time schedule that may include days, nights, or weekends.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Completion of an ARRT approved Radiologic program within six months of employment
- Obtain ARRT certification in radiologic technology within six months post completion of an approved radiology program
- Basic knowledge of radiology procedures
