Job Summary
Radiology Technologist in Bend, OR for an Urgent Care setting. Performs diagnostic X-ray examinations, positions patients, delivers preliminary reports and quality images to physicians, maintains imaging equipment and environment, follows radiation protection protocols and OSHA guidelines, and communicates with the care team while educating patients. Schedule is Tuesday and Thursday, 8:00 AM–7:00 PM, with no mandatory nights or weekends; optional weekend call available. Requires ARRT certification/licensure and a high school diploma or GED; two years of radiology imaging experience preferred but not required; new grads welcome. Eligible candidates include those seeking a predictable, daytime schedule in a lower-acuity environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Satisfactory completion of ARRT certification examination with current license
- Current continuing education compliance per ARRT requirements
- Two years of radiology imaging experience preferred but not required
