Job Summary
Radiology Technologist responsible for performing prescribed radiographic procedures per department/facility policies, educating patients/families about procedures and risks, producing high quality images and preparing them for timely interpretation, maintaining documentation, conducting equipment quality control, and upholding safety, confidentiality, and professional standards while collaborating with physicians and the imaging team.
Required Qualifications
- Certificate or diploma from an approved/accredited school of Radiology program
- Requires national certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists
- licensure by the state regulatory agency if applicable
- BLS certification required
