Job Summary
Coordinate specialized equipment, calculate technical factors, and process film for highly complex diagnostic exams. Types, proofreads, and mails results while utilizing radiation safety devices and maintaining equipment work areas. Attends departmental in-services and reports malfunctions or breakage appropriately. Requires ARRT certification, current state license, and CPR certification. Required Qualifications
- ARRT certified
- current license as required by the state
- Maintains current CPR certification
- Minimum 2 years of radiography training in an accredited program
- Working knowledge of all radiological equipment
- able to perform highly specialized exams as part of the diagnostic team
