radiology technicians

Perform x-ray testing using body mechanics and patient movement, operate diagnostic equipment, and develop film while preparing rooms with necessary supplies. Greets patients in waiting areas and exam rooms, communicates wait times, and provides direction for treatment steps. Executes follow-up calls with urgency, obtains vital signs, and documents patient history, allergies, and medications. Assists with patient transfers, procedures supervised by providers, and front desk check-in/out tasks. Ensures equipment is in working order, maintains radiation protection standards, and completes required documentation. Maintains current licensure and diagnostic imaging knowledge. Full-time team members work rotating 36-40 hour/week shifts including every-other weekends.
