Job Summary
Perform routine and complex X-Ray procedures using fixed and portable equipment, execute trauma protocols, and support OR and fluoroscopy procedures. Conduct CT scans in accordance with established protocols, prepare and administer contrast media, and assist with interventional procedures. Ensure accurate archiving of digital images, troubleshoot imaging system issues, and maintain accurate documentation and technical notes. Recognize emergency situations and initiate appropriate response including CPR and code procedures. Manage schedules, orders, and billing accuracy while verifying patient identity using proper protocols. This role is located in New Hampshire and requires an ARRT-registered Radiologic Technology graduate with at least one year of X-Ray experience.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an AMA-approved Radiologic Technology program
- ARRT registered (RT required; CT certification required within 18 months)
- 1+ year of X-Ray experience (clinical rotations accepted)
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
- Registered with the New Hampshire Board of Medical Imaging and Radiation Therapy
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with CT imaging and contrast administration
- Strong familiarity with PACS, HIS/RIS systems
