Job Summary
Radiologic Technologist in an outpatient clinic setting performing diagnostic imaging to produce high-quality radiographic images while ensuring patient safety, comfort, and satisfaction. Collaborates with physicians and clinical staff; standard schedule Monday–Friday 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Requires ARRT certification and current BLS; graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program. Prior outpatient clinic or physician practice experience preferred; proficient with EMR and healthcare computer systems; strong communication, organizational, and confidentiality skills.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program
- Current certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
- Current BLS certification required or must be obtained within the designated timeframe
- Experience in outpatient clinic or physician practice preferred
- Knowledge of radiographic procedures, equipment, and radiation safety practices
- Strong patient service and communication skills
- Proficiency with electronic medical records and computer systems
- Strong organizational and time management skills
