Job Summary

Radiologic Technologist role supports a sports medicine/orthopedic imaging clinic setting with ARRT credentialing; performs radiographic exams, ensures patient identification and positioning, analyzes images for clarity and diagnostic quality, adheres to radiation safety and infection control standards, completes exams and documentation within expected timeframes, and operates imaging equipment including PACS. Requires maintaining ARRT competency, holding a state radiologic technologist license, and BLS; preferred 1–2 years radiology experience and IV certification. Schedule is full-time, weekdays 8:00 AM–5:00 PM across Payson and Utah Valley Sports Medicine locations with no nights, weekends, or call; sign-on bonus up to $5,000. Responsibilities include adherence to protocols for medical necessity, coding, charging, and reporting issues; patient education and comfort; teamwork, priority setting in a fast-paced setting; and equipment operation with attention to image quality.

Required Qualifications

  • American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)(R) certification
  • Radiologic technologist license in state of practice
  • Basic Life Support certification (BLS) for healthcare providers
  • May be required to complete the Medical Assistant (MA) Competency Checklist and perform the function of an MA in a clinic or InstaCare setting.
