Perform prescribed radiographic imaging procedures at a technical level requiring independent judgment. Position patients and analyze results to identify and resolve image quality issues, including repositioning and repeating procedures. Enter, transmit, and report scan results while reviewing patient history and physician orders. Educate patients regarding procedures and equipment to ensure cooperation. When ordered, prepare and administer contrast media or medications, continuously monitoring patient condition. Prepare equipment, select exposure factors, implement safety standards, and troubleshoot malfunctions. Complete a 3-year commitment for eligibility for a $15,000 sign-on bonus.
