Job Summary
Radiology Tech Multi-Specialty role (PRN) performing MRI, CT, X-ray, fluoroscopy, and surgical imaging support across Radiology, with portable testing and image quality evaluation; responsibilities include obtaining patient history, adhering to positioning and technique standards, reviewing radiographs for technical quality, monitoring exposure levels, and maintaining patient confidentiality; must be able to provide call coverage and disaster response; requires High School diploma or equivalent, formal radiologic technology training, ARRT radiography registration, Illinois licensure or willingness to apply, and BLS/ACLS certifications.
Required Qualifications
- High School Graduate or equivalent
- Completion of a formal radiologic technology training program
- Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists for radiography
- State of Illinois licensure through the Department of Nuclear Safety or IEMA (or willing to apply upon hire)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certification
