Job Summary

Produce high-quality diagnostic images using X-ray, CT, MRI, and ultrasound modalities while preparing patients for procedures, positioning them safely, and explaining the process. Operate and maintain imaging equipment to ensure optimal performance, and collaborate with radiologists to support accurate diagnoses. Maintain detailed records of imaging procedures and results, and participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety. Provide exceptional patient care by addressing concerns and offering emotional support. Requires an associate's degree in radiology technology, JRCERT accreditation, 1-2 years of hospital or imaging center experience, and ARRT certification.

Required Qualifications

  • Associate's degree in Radiology Technology or related field
  • Completion of a radiology technology program accredited by the Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT)
  • 1-2 years of experience as a Radiology Tech in a hospital or imaging center setting
  • Experience with various imaging modalities, including X-ray, CT, MRI, and ultrasound
  • Strong understanding of radiology technology and imaging principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional patient care and safety
  • ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification in Radiography (R)
  • Current state license as a Radiology Tech (if required)
