Job Summary
Perform various radiographic services by positioning patients and operating all radiographic equipment. Maintain radiographic procedures and practices while serving all age groups. Requires BLS certification from the American Heart Association, a Florida State License as a Radiologic Technologist, and ARRT certification or proof of program completion with a temporary license. Must pass the ARRT exam and obtain the state license within 30 days of hire. Full-time day shift position with less than one year of radiological experience and formal training preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Knowledge of radiographic procedure and practices
- BLS from the American Heart Association
- Florida State License (Radiologic Technologist)
- American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT) certification
- Proof program completion and temporary Florida State Radiologic Technologist license at time of hire
- Must have passed the ARRT Certification exam
- Must obtain Florida State Radiologic Technologist license within 30 days of the date of hire/transfer
- Less than one year - Radiological experience
