Job Summary
Perform various radiographic services by positioning patients and operating all radiographic equipment. Maintain radiographic equipment and ensure adherence to radiographic procedure and practices for all age groups. Complete BLS training from the American Heart Association and obtain a Florida State Radiologic Technologist license within 30 days of hire, or provide proof of program completion and temporary licensure at the time of hire. This role requires a High School Diploma or GED and less than one year of radiological experience and formal training.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Knowledge of radiographic procedure and practices
- BLS from the American Heart Association
- Florida State License (Radiologic Technologist)
- American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT) certification
- Proof program completion and temporary Florida State Radiologic Technologist license at time of hire
- Passed the ARRT Certification exam
- Obtain Florida State Radiologic Technologist license within 30 days of the date of hire/transfer
- Less than one year - Radiological experience
- Formal training
