Radiology Tech (CT) - PRN Nights

Job Summary
Operate and maintain CT, X-Ray, and PACS equipment while performing imaging exams and collecting laboratory samples in accordance with established protocols. Provide technical assistance and supportive patient care to physicians, nurses, and staff throughout the facility. Conduct routine daily, weekly, and periodic maintenance checks, perform quality control and proficiency testing, and maintain all required documentation and logs. Collect laboratory samples and perform testing under COLA and CLIA regulations. Perform duties as an ER Technician as needed and travel to all facility locations as required. Work night shifts (7pm-7am) in a 16-bed small-format hospital.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- Graduation from an AMA-approved school of Radiology Technology
- Certified as a medical radiologic technologist as required by the state in which practicing
- Registered Technologist with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in radiography
- Registered Technologist with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in computed tomography
- CT certification within 12 months of hire (Pennsylvania market)
- Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association
- 2+ years radiologic/imaging experience
- 1+ years of CT experience
- 1+ years of emergency room experience
- Proficiency with most X-ray/CT equipment, manufacturer's hardware/software and PACS
- Fluency in English; written and oral communication
- Travel to all facility locations as required
- Attend staff meetings or other company sponsored or mandated meetings as required
Desired Qualifications
- Associate's Degree in Radiology
- Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association
