Job Summary
Perform x-ray testing using knowledge of anatomy and physiology while operating diagnostic equipment and preparing rooms with necessary supplies. Greet patients, communicate wait times, and provide direction for treatment processes. Obtain and document vital signs, history, and medications; assist with patient transfers and procedures supervised by providers. Execute follow-up calls, maintain equipment, and ensure quality control procedures are followed. Complete required documentation related to patient visits and maintain current licensure and certification.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- BLS Certification
- AR State X-Ray License
Desired Qualifications
- ARRT Certification preferred
- Experience as a Medical Assistant is preferred
