Radiology Tech

Perform x-ray testing including body mechanics and patient movement using knowledge of anatomy and physiology. Operate diagnostic equipment, develop film, prepare rooms with necessary supplies, and perform Medical Assistant duties. Promptly greet patients, communicate wait times, provide direction, and execute follow-up calls with urgency. Obtain and document patient vital signs, history, medications, and allergies. Assist with patient transfers, procedures supervised by providers, and front desk check-in/out processes. Ensure equipment is in proper working order, follow quality control procedures, and maintain current licensure and certification. Prepare patients for radiologic procedures while adhering to radiation protection and shielding techniques.
