Job Summary
Radiology Technologist to perform a full range of radiographic procedures across multiple Banner Health facilities, including Fluoroscopy, General X-Ray, Portable X-Ray, C-Arm and O-Arm procedures (including Hybrid OR). Responsibilities include producing high-quality images, preparing documentation, educating patients and families on procedures and risks, ensuring safety and equipment performance, maintaining workflow and inventory, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team. Requires a radiology certificate/diploma, ARRT certification, state licensure if applicable, BLS, and at least 1 year of relevant experience; emphasis on professional conduct, communication, and compliance with policies.
Required Qualifications
- Certificate or diploma from an approved/accredited school of Radiology program
- Requires national certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists
- BLS certification required
- Licensure by the state regulatory agency if applicable
- 1 year of experience in radiology or related clinical setting
- Effective communication skills and ability to educate patients/families
- Demonstrates professional conduct and teamwork
