Job Summary
Radiology Team Lead role leading imaging across CT, MRI, X-ray and theatre imaging with hands-on patient care (~60% of time) and leadership responsibility for radiographers and support staff. Deputise for the Imaging Manager, drive operational delivery, governance, audits and continuous service improvement, and contribute to service planning and workforce management in a private healthcare environment.
Required Qualifications
- HCPC-registered Radiographer
- Experience leading teams within an imaging environment
- Strong organisational, communication, and people management skills
- Confidence to deputise and support operational decision-making
