Job Summary
Radiology Supervisor responsible for overseeing daily operations, staffing, and workflow across imaging services with emphasis on MRI. Leads recruitment, training, coaching, and performance management; ensures regulatory compliance (Joint Commission and safety protocols, including MRI safety); monitors productivity, quality, and patient satisfaction; collaborates on budgeting and service-line growth; provides cross-coverage for imaging departments as needed; may supervise additional modalities or locations. Requires ARRT/ARMRIT MRI registration and an associate’s degree; preferred Bachelor’s and prior supervisory experience.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an approved school of Radiologic Technology
- Associate’s degree
- Registered in MRI by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) or ARMRIT
- 3 years of radiologic technologist experience
