Job Summary
Radiology Supervisor responsibilities include performing working supervision for an assigned area or shift while also carrying out Technologist duties. The role requires assigning exams to technologists, ensuring exams are completed, performing basic preventative maintenance on equipment, ordering supplies, maintaining patient logs and statistics, developing shift schedules, providing leadership and financial oversight, participating in administrative calls, and ensuring quality care across age groups. The position requires Indiana radiology licensure/registration (ARDMS/ARRT/NMTCB), CPR certification, and at least three years of relevant experience, with strong communication, radiologic technique knowledge, infection control, and proficiency with hospital information systems (HIS, CR, RMS, EPIC).
Required Qualifications
- Indiana licensure as a Radiologic Technologist, Nuclear Medicine Technologist and/or ARDMS registration
- ARRT, ARDMS or NMTCB registration
- Three (3) years of job-related experience
- Current CPR Certification
