Job Summary
Radiology Scheduling Agent responsible for scheduling patients for imaging modalities across multiple service locations, handling inbound and outbound calls to schedule radiology exams, and following established workflows and scripting. Maintain proficiency scheduling X-Ray, DEXA, Fluoroscopy, CAT Scan, Ultrasound, and Mammography exams; participate in ongoing training and strive to meet department metrics. Requires strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills, ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, empathy for patients, reliability, and a commitment to exceptional patient experience. On-site role in Wallingford, CT, with Mon-Fri schedules (8:30 AM–5:00 PM or 8:00 AM–4:30 PM) and 40 hours per week.
